The video quality of your session is determined by the quality of your webcam and the speed of your internet connection.
For the best audio quality it is recommended to use a headset with a microphone or at least headphones to ensure that the session call quality is kept at a maximum.
We have very simple rules in place for appointment cancellations. If you can't make an appointment your appointment fee is refunded
- By cancelling your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, you receive a full refund of the appointment fee.
- If holistic therapist cancels the appointment you are refunded 100% of your appointment fee.

No, We are not providing any recording session as its totally live session.
Virtual events will be hosted on Zoom meeting so before event kindly ensure about updating and installing Zoom software or you can attend via browser. check your laptop/computer webcam and earphone setup.Headphone is compulsory for better results.
